In a way, meditation is the treasured medicine that has been efficiently curing stress and helping in relaxation for centuries. Meditation is one of the most ancient cultures practiced in India which has now traveled overseas and like a magic wand created a difference in people’s lives.

To truly enjoy the fruits of meditation, one should understand how to meditate. Sitting down, closing your eyes and meditating may sound like a lucid process but it takes more than that to relax. Meditation is the best source to acquire relaxation as it stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system which causes the body to stop releasing stress hormones, lowers the heart rate, and promotes a sense of calm.
