Return Policy

Returns on eligible items (Viz. NowZone® Device) are accepted within 7 days from date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging. To return an item, please contact wecare@nowzonelife.com.

 

Late Returns

Any item returned after 7 days from date of delivery is not eligible for refund.

 

Receiving a Refund

A refund will be issued once we have received your returned items. Any items that are damaged when we receive them are not eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges, except in the case of faulty or damaged items. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 7 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.

 

Subscription Plans & How to Cancel Your Subscription

All amounts are payable and charged as per Subscriptions Plans (Monthly, Half Yearly, etc) at the beginning of the subscription.

 

In case of automatically renewing subscription plans; renews will be done automatically for an additional period equal in length to the expiring subscription term until you cancel it. You must cancel your monthly or yearly Subscription Plan before it renews to avoid the billing of the fees for the next Subscription period.

 

If case you want to cancel any Subscription Plan, you can cancel by sending us an email at wecare@nowzone.com within 7 days from the date of your purchase of the Subscription Plan.

 

Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 7 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing times.

 

You will not receive a refund for the fees you already paid for your current subscription period that has crossed the 7 days purchased date and you will continue to receive the Services ordered until the end of your current Subscription period.

 

Changes to Price Terms for Subscriptions

NowZone® reserves the right to change its pricing terms for Subscriptions at any time and NowZone® will notify you in advance of such changes becoming effective. Changes to the pricing terms will not apply retroactively and will only apply for Subscription renewals after such changed pricing terms have been communicated to you. If you do not agree with the changes to NowZone®’s pricing terms then you may choose not to renew your Subscription in accordance with the section “Subscription Plans & How to Cancel Your Subscription.”
