Through the utilization of Our Product Devices and Services, you will produce data associated with Your health and activities, referred to as 'Health Data'.
We collect Personal Data, including demographic information, voluntarily provided by You during enrolment, device usage, inquiries, or interaction with NowZone representatives. This data helps establish Your account and deliver Services. Information requested may involve contact details, demographic specifics, and health-related data such as State of Mind, and respiration for personalized Services and communication.
Support Information:
We may request access to IP addresses, device IDs, settings, and location information to analyse usage, diagnose issues, and prevent fraud.
Interaction with NowZone yields de-identified data, used to track user statistics without utilizing Personal Information.
We conduct aggregated research based on collected Personal Information and Health Data to understand user demographics and behaviour. The findings are shared in de-identified formats with healthcare entities for research purposes, ensuring individual identification remains impossible. Additionally, we may disclose such de-identified information to describe our business to partners and third parties for lawful purposes.
Storage and Processing of Your Personal Information:
Secure Server Storage: Information collected by NowZone via Our Devices is securely stored on servers.
Sharing Personal Information:
Authorized Persons: Designated family or friends, NowZone’s Health Professionals & Coaches, as identified in the NowZone application, may access certain Personal Information and Health Data if granted Permissions by You.
Business Transfer: In the event of corporate changes like sales, mergers, or dissolution, Personal Information might be part of the transferred assets.
Agents and Consultants: We engage other companies for specific business functions. When doing so, we only share necessary information for them to perform these functions.
Legal Obligations: NowZone may disclose Your Personal Information if required by law, to protect our rights, ensure personal safety, or defend against legal liabilities."
Retention of Your Personal Information:
Your Personal Information remains stored during your account's active status or until the device collecting Your data is no longer in use. An additional one-year retention period post-account closure is observed for record-keeping, legal compliance, and to facilitate Your data access.
Upon expiry, We remove Your Personal Information from Our databases and request the same from Our partners. However, disclosures to third parties might prevent us from accessing or modifying such information.
Requests for Personal Information deletion should be sent to wecare@nowzonelife.com, excluding data as outlined. Anonymized and de-identified data is retained indefinitely."

Delete Information:
Delete app account
User can delete the account from app’s profile section and the data associated with the user will be deleted.

Our website and application may collect user images for various purposes like profile image. Please be aware that any images submitted to our platform may be stored on our servers for future use. However, we do not share these images with third parties, they are only used for internal purposes such as improving our services and user experience. Videos might also be stored which are used while video call with the user and the coach. By submitting an image/video to our platform, you acknowledge and consent to our collection and storage of your image/video.
Security Measures:
Your information is stored on secure servers and protected through authentication, encryption, backups, and access controls. We advise securing Devices in Your possession, such as password protecting Wi-Fi. In case of security concerns, We may attempt to notify You via the email address provided or through an in-app notification, where legally applicable.

NowZone will never request sensitive information via email. If you receive such an email claiming to be from NowZone, do not respond, click on links, or open attachments. Report it to NowZone support at wecare@nowzonelife.com.
Updating, Correcting, or Deleting Information:
To change personal details, email wecare@nopwzonelife.com. Compliance with requests to limit information use may lead to account termination without refunds due to prepaid fees. Some information may be technically irremovable from our systems due to backups.
Opting Out of Communications:
NowZone only sends essential emails regarding your account and services. Filtering these emails via your client settings is an option but opt-out is not provided. Opt-out of daily emails by emailing wecare@nowzonelife.com.
Privacy Policy Scope:
Unsolicited information provided to NowZone is not covered under this policy. Feedback provided is considered non-confidential and can be used by NowZone without limitations or attribution.
Policy Updates:
NowZone may update the Privacy Policy, and users are responsible for staying informed. Notice of changes will be through the Application, email, or other reasonable means. Continued use post-notification implies agreement.
Information from Minors:
NowZone doesn't knowingly collect information from children under 13. Parents are encouraged to ensure their children don't provide personal data. Contact Us if you believe a child has provided information.
