Return, Refund and Warranty Policy

Return Policy:

Products ordered can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must not have been used. A used product will not be accepted, and the same device will be returned to the customer. The returned item must be in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

 

Refund Policy:

Refunds for products paid via bank account/credit card/debit card will be credited within 7 business days from the date of product clearance through the Quality Control process conducted by Hum Aspen Wellness Pvt. Ltd.

You are responsible for providing accurate bank details. The company is not liable for incorrect information provided.

 

Refund Process:

For refunds, the product must be returned in its original box with accessories. Any missing accessories will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Use a regular mail shipping service (national mail courier) to return the product. The refund will be processed upon receipt of the returned product. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

 

Replacement Procedure:

For replacement, securely pack and seal the return merchandise in the provided box.

Ship the device without the accessories. Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in a box and send it back.

 

Missing Accessories:

Notify us within 24 hours of package arrival with a photo if any item is missing from the package. We will send the missing item back promptly.

 

Steps for Return/Exchange:

When requesting a return or exchange, include the following details in your email:

  1. Name
  2. Order Number
  3. Reason for Exchange
  4. For Refund: Mention Reason, Bank Account Number, IFSC CODE & Account Holder’s Name.

 

Return Procedure:

Refund processing will occur upon the pickup and quality check of your order, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

 

Warranty

NowZone Hardware Warranty:

NowZone provides a 1-year hardware warranty for its devices. In the event of hardware failure within the first year based on the usage factor, NowZone will replace the device for you.  Warranties may have varying applicability based on the product usage.
