- Delivery Coverage:
We provide delivery services across India. Shipments are conducted exclusively through reputable courier agencies. If courier services are unavailable in your area, we use Government Registered Book post or Speed post to dispatch your items.
- International Deliveries:
Presently, we do not facilitate deliveries outside India.
- Delivery Charges:
We offer complimentary shipping for all our products.
- Shipping Duration:
Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays. However, circumstances beyond our control may occasionally lead to extended delivery times. In such cases, we keep you informed through emails or WhatsApp.
- Estimated Delivery Time:
Standard shipping orders are typically delivered within 3 -4 days for Metro or Tier 1 Cities and 7-10 days for all other Cities across India.
- Incorrect Address Input:
In the event of an incorrect address, kindly contact our customer care number before dispatch so that we can rectify the details for you.
- Recipient Unavailability:
If you are unavailable during the scheduled delivery time, our courier partner will make contact for a re-attempt at a suitable time. Additionally, with prior notice, an authorized person may receive the parcel on your behalf.
